Camp Details

Looking for something fun for the kids to do when they're out of school? Give the Holly Springs Center Day Camp a try. Children ages 6-12 will enjoy nature-based activities including arts, crafts, exploration and physical activity. Camp drop-off is between 8:00-9:00 AM and pickup is between 4:30- 5:30 PM. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch and a water bottle. Snacks provided. For more  information, please email

SOMAH Kids
SOMAH Kids

SOMAH Kids (ages 6-12) is a high energy program focused on celebrating the arts and heritage of the Southern Appalachian Mountains while exploring the great outdoors on our beautiful campus! Meets Thursdays. Drop off is from 8:30-9:00 AM and pick up is from 3:00-3:30 PM. Students will need to bring a bag lunch/ snacks and a water bottle.

This is a semester long program with two payment options - one lump sum or by the month. Spring Semester runs from January 9 - May 15, 2025. Registration for the Spring Semester is closed.

Fall registrations open August 1st. The fall semester runs from September 4 - December 18, 2025.

Summer Arts Studio
Summer Arts Studio

Summer Arts Studio is an immersive art experience for children aged 10-16.   Attendees will spend days learning, creating, and enjoying our outdoor spaces.  Enroll in one or both weeks. 

Week 1 - June 16 - 20

This week we will concentrate on two dimensional artwork. We will make artwork with graphite, charcoal, pastels, colored pencil, acrylic, watercolor, collage and printmaking. We will do in-depth exploration in each medium and we will complete projects in each medium. There will also be time for outdoor activities, like playing in the creek or hiking on the trails.

Week 2 - June 23 - 27

This week we will concentrate on three dimensional artwork. We will make artwork with clay, wood, cardboard, recycled materials and mold making and pouring. We will do in-depth exploration in each medium and we will complete projects in each medium. There will also be time for outdoor activities, like playing in the creek or hiking on the trails.
